• Jezebel & the Elders (1 Kings 21:8–14): Her manipulation turned respected elders into murderers.

• Lot & Abraham (Genesis 13): Lot benefited from Abraham’s presence but lacked personal spiritual depth.

B. Why Must We Guard Our Associations?

2. Toxic Influence Breeds Compromise: Jezebel’s presence always led to bloodshed and rebellion.

3. Spiritual Passivity Is Contagious: Lot never built altars or sought God independently.
