A. Change Is Part of God’s Design

• Genesis 8:22: Seasons will never cease.

• 2 Peter 3:10–14: Even the earth will change; live with eternity in mind.

• Don’t build your life on temporary things. Anchor in Christ.

B. Leadership Requires Adjustment

• Matthew 16:18: Building requires creativity and change.

• Acts 10 - Acts 11: Peter became an agent of change, breaking cultural boundaries.

• Leaders must be flexible, obedient, and forward-thinking.

• Followers must also be ready to support and encourage the good-vision and creative-idea flows without being judgemental.

C. Don’t Be a Monumental Leader

• Monuments are beautiful but static.

• Don’t be stuck in past glory. Keep growing, glowing, and going.

• Evaluate your leadership style; are you adapting or resisting change?

• Ask God to help you grow from foundation to manifestation.

• Be like Peter; ready to lead into new climates with courage and clarity.

Summary

God planned for change. As leaders and believers, we must adjust, evolve, and lead with purpose. The foundation is Christ; unchanging and eternal. But the seasons will shift. Be ready, be rooted, and be radiant.
