Change is inevitable, but adjustment is intentional. The Israelites left Egypt after 430 years of slavery, stepping into a new climate of freedom, divine provision, and spiritual leadership. Yet, they struggled to adapt; still murmuring, protesting, and resisting God’s process.

A. From Egypt to the Wilderness

• Egypt: Harsh labour, Pharaoh’s authority, communication through protest and crying.

• Wilderness: Divine authority, Moses as leader, provision through prayer and obedience.

• New climates require new mindsets. Old habits don’t fit new seasons.

B. The Struggle to Adjust

• • Numbers 11:1–10: The people complained despite divine provision.

• Truth: Change often feels uncomfortable, even when it’s good.

• Encouragement: If they endured 430 years in Egypt, they could survive 40 years of transition.
