Introduction:

As we enter the second half of the year, God is calling us to move from ordinary to extraordinary. The first half may have revealed battles and weaknesses, but this half is about Positioning and Capacity. You are not here by accident—you are here by divine appointment (Proverbs 16:9).

1. Three Portals to Leadership

• The Experiment (Pick You Up Anointing) : Sometimes chosen simply because there was a need (1 Samuel 12:12,13). Do not despise this beginning.

• The Experience (Acts 6 Selection): Chosen because of faithful service and good reputation (Acts 6:3).

• The Encounter (Damascus Shock) : A divine calling that cannot be resisted; God overwhelms you with His Spirit (Acts 13:2; Exodus 31:3).

2. Limitations Are Not God’s Problem

• Moses felt unqualified, but God said, I will be with you. (Exodus 3:11,12)

• Your current role, whether small or unseen, is God’s training ground.

• Stephen, chosen to wait on tables, became the first martyr (Acts 6:5).

• Philip, who managed food distribution, evangelized Samaria and baptized the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8).

• God builds capacity while you remain positioned.

3. Who Will God Accept?

• God seeks the Faithful and Watchful servant (Matthew 24:46‑49):

• Not the most talented, but the most consistent.

• Avoid gossip, laziness, and misuse of resources.

• Be found watching and working.

4. The Sensational Challenge: The Effect (Ecclesiastes 4:9‑10)

• You cannot do it alone, community matters.

• Small acts of service can create great harvests.

• Kitchen duty can produce apostles; humble service can birth prophets.

The Charge: This is your moment! You are not too bad, too small, or too late. Position yourself; God will provide the capacity. Let the rest of this year be a testimony to His glory. And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. (Colossians 3:23‑24)
