Creativity is a journey. It begins with discovering your gift, grows through diligence and endurance, and matures into purpose when aligned with God’s will. The pathway to growth is intentional, Spirit-led, and community-supported.
Learning together
A. Discover Your Gift
• Romans 12:6–8: Each believer has unique gifts; prophecy, teaching, serving, giving, leading, mercy. Growth begins with recognizing what God has placed in you.
B. Develop Your Gift
• 1 Corinthians 12:4–11: The Spirit empowers gifts for the common good.
• Matthew 25:14–30: Faithfulness in little leads to rulership over much.
• Growth requires diligence, practice, and Spirit empowerment.
C. Deploy Your Gift
• Colossians 3:23–24: Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as unto the Lord.
• Creativity grows when gifts are used intentionally in service to God and others.
D. Pathway to Growth
1. Start Small: Be faithful in little (Luke 16:10).
2. Stay Consistent: Keep sowing daily efforts (Ecclesiastes 11:6)
3. Seek Support: Collaborate with mentors and community (Hebrews 10:25)
4. Stay Spirit-Led: Let the Holy Spirit guide your creativity (John 16:13).
5. Strive for Excellence: Do all things heartily as unto the Lord.
